Michael Jasper grew up in the small town of Dyersville, Iowa, home of “The Field of Dreams.” Jasper is the author of A Gathering of Doorways, The Wannoshay Cycle, and Heart’s Revenge (under the pen name Julia Porter). His short stories have been published in Asimov’s Science Fiction Magazine, Strange Horizons, Writers of the Future 16, and many other publications.
